"Investors believe they have two doors to exit, IPO and M&A. When those doors are locked or too far away in time, we offer a third door. What is great about our door is it comes in all shapes and sizes. We build customized doors to fit the needs of shareholders that desire an exit. Meeting shareholder needs is how we have built our business."
