Prashant joined Revelation Partners in 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience across venture capital, financial services, and asset management, with deep expertise in building and scaling institutional finance and operational infrastructure.

Prior to Revelation Partners, Prashant served as Chief Financial Officer at Altos Ventures, where he led the finance function across the firm’s global investment platform and helped build and institutionalize the firm’s finance and operational infrastructure. Prior to Altos Ventures, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at NewView Capital, where he was part of the founding team and helped establish and scale the firm’s finance, compliance, and operational functions.

Earlier in his career, Prashant held finance leadership roles at SharesPost and spent over a decade at Deloitte & Touche LLP advising asset management, banking, and financial services clients on audit, regulatory, and operational matters.

Prashant received a Master of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio), and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in commerce from the University of Madras, India. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California.

Outside of work, Prashant enjoys traveling, cheering on the Golden State Warriors, and spending weekends at his son’s sporting events.
