Scott is a founder and Managing Partner at Revelation Partners. Along with Mike Boggs, Scott manages the firm’s overall investment process, operations, and limited partnership relationships.

Scott has been investing in emerging healthcare companies for over thirty-five years. During his career, he has successfully invested across the spectrum of healthcare including medical technology, health-tech, diagnostics, healthcare services and therapeutics. He has been the lead investor in dozens of companies that have emerged as leaders in their field and generated attractive returns for investors either through M&A or public offerings.

From 1987 to 2007, Scott was a Managing Member and co-head of the healthcare practice at Morgan Stanley Ventures. During this time, Scott managed investments in over forty companies. Following his successful career at Morgan Stanley, Scott was one of the pioneers in developing the secondary market for healthcare investors which lead to the formation of Revelation Partners.

Over his thirty five years of investing in emerging growth healthcare companies, Scott has been responsible for raising and managing over $1.5 billion.

Prior to his investment career, Scott worked in the medical technology field in the areas of product design and business development for Intermedics Orthopedics and Hexcel Medical.​ ​

Scott received his MM degree from Northwestern University and his AB degree from Dartmouth College. He also received a BE degree in Biomechanical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Scott and his wife, Lisa, are active in the world of social impact investing – using their investment expertise to further the causes of woman’s empowerment and education, human trafficking, and health access for low resource communities. He and Lisa are the proud parents of four children.
